WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE EXPERIENCE?
One of our Fairy Queens will help your child choose a fairy outfit and crown, and then guide them through our whimsical scenes with stories that allow them to use their imagination in creating their own storybook fairy tale.
WHAT IS THE MAGICAL UNICORN EXPERIENCE?
From a land far, far away came the beautiful Amalthea, a lovely and gentle unicorn. Your child will meet her and play with sweet woodland animals. Available at the Hawke's Bay studio only.
WHAT IS THE ENCHANTED FOREST EXPERIENCE?
The Enchanted Forest is full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and a giant mushroom big enough for your child to sit on! Available at the Hawke's Bay studio only.
WHAT IS THE WATERFALL POOL EXPERIENCE?
The Waterfall Pool is a safe place full of fun creatures - animals, butterflies, dragonflies and fish! Your child can play with them or go fishing and catch a magical fish.
WHAT IS AVAILABLE AT THE WELLINGTON STUDIO?
We've just opened the Wellington studio and the Waterfall Pool is currently the only experience. However we will be offering two new scenes shortly, which will be different from the Hawke's Bay studio. We're excited about this new storyline but we're not giving away any spoilers just yet!
ARE THE PORTRAITS POSED?
Our photographers look for natural expressions of joy and delight to make your portraits. We find that having a child look directly at the camera takes away from the magical look and feel of your artwork, and so we discourage the posed "say cheese" type of reaction.
HOW OLD DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BE?
Because your child's magical experience is interactive, Emilie Jasper Portraits are designed for children aged from 3-10 years.
HOW MUCH DOES THE EXPERIENCE COST?
A sitting fee of $150 is required to secure your Experiences. Additional magical options are available at checkout - visit our calendar page to make your selections.
WHEN DO I CHOOSE MY ARTWORK?
One of our Art Directors will guide you through selecting your favourite portraits while you are in the studio, and help you decide how to have them finished.
Our wall art pieces start at $800, and most of our families invest between $1400-$3300 on a range of wall art, folio boxes and coffee table pieces to suit their style. Payment plans are available to allow you to have what you love in a way that works for your household.
